Normy is Almost Nine Months Old!

Monday Normy reaches the nine months mark. He has been really taking off this past week. Here are a couple highlights for posterity.

February 25, 2007

Normy pulls himself on to his knees for the first time.

March 4, 2007
Normy pushes up fully onto his hands and knees and scootches backwards. Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of that, but we did capture this image of his victory carrots shortly after.

Holy cow, indeed! That is flippin' amazing. I told Noa that her pal was making such big strides in hopes of triggering her competitive streak. I am pretty sure she will be line dancing by the time we see you on Saturday.

I overheard Pete Townsend say
Out in the woods or in the city
It's all the same to me when I'm driving free
The world's my home
When I'm mobile
Yahoo!
Beep beep Normy's mobile

it kills me how fast our little ones are growing! I actually have to stop and remind myself that they weren't doing these things all that long ago...

Oh my gosh - did it totally freak you out to watch him pull himself up like that?? Baby E hasn't done that yet, but otherwise seems to be very similar developmentally (so shocking, since they were born about a week apart!!!!) ;) I think we need a nice baby-height ledge for her to practice on!
