We're going on a bear hunt...

We went out for a walk, as I was shutting the door and exiting the garage I was just in time to see Normy CLIMB UP THIS WALL.

Love Georgia's hands on her hips as she's surveying the situation. 

"There, there. OK, little one. Don't cry."

"Mama! Look! Creatures!"

"Hmm... I wonder how much longer they'll keep me out here? I want lunch." 

For some reason Lola decided to simply give up and lay-down.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Over breakfast I told the story of Goldilocks and the Thee Bears.

(This is Georgia's current favorite.)

Next, we did a directed drawing of a bear face followed by a retelling of the story while I drew the center picture.

Finally, Georgia set up her doll house and AWAY she went...

I was very impressed by her version of the story!
